Devil’s Harvest Seeds accepts no liability for any customer who uses our products in violation of the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

6. Orders & Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide to countries where cannabis seeds are legal. It is your responsibility to verify that importing cannabis seeds is lawful in your destination country. Devil’s Harvest Seeds accepts no liability for orders seized by customs authorities.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
Under EU distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason, provided the products are:
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
To initiate a return contact us at info@devilharvestseeds.com within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Seeds that have been opened or show signs of germination attempts cannot be returned.
9. Age Restriction
Our products are strictly for customers aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect this condition has not been met.

11. Limitation of Liability
