1. Important Notice

Devil’s Harvest Seeds ships worldwide to countries where cannabis seeds are legal to import and possess. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of cannabis seeds in your destination country before placing an order. We cannot be held liable for any orders seized or confiscated by customs authorities.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed before 12:00 CET are typically dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 CET or on weekends are dispatched the next working day
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched

All prices are in Euros (€). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


4. Tracked vs Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is sent via PostNL and your national postal service. It is economical but does not include a tracking number.

Tracked shipping includes a full tracking number so you can monitor your parcel at every stage of its journey. We strongly recommend tracked shipping for orders outside the European Union.


5. Packaging & Discretion

We take your privacy seriously. All orders are dispatched in:

  • Plain, unmarked outer packaging
  • No reference to Devil’s Harvest Seeds on the exterior
  • No indication of contents on the label

Your privacy and discretion are guaranteed on every order.


6. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Devil’s Harvest Seeds is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If your order is seized by customs we are unable to offer a refund as this falls outside our control.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes please contact us:

We will investigate with the postal carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, redelivery shipping costs will be charged. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.


9. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at info@devilharvestseeds.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

11. Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to local laws regarding cannabis seeds, we are unable to ship to the following countries: [list Tier 1 and Tier 2]. This list is reviewed regularly. If your country is not listed we will ship to you, however it remains your responsibility to verify the legal status of cannabis seeds in your jurisdiction before ordering.
